The Foundation for Appalachian Ohio’s investment managers are Edward Jones Financial Services and JP Morgan Chase. The Foundation’s Finance Committee is chaired by Robert McLaughlin. Carla Lowry, Dean Cole, and Maribeth Wright also serve as members of the Finance Committee.

Fund Management Fee Schedule

(Fees are expressed as annual fees, assessed no more than monthly.)

The Foundation currently charges the following annual administrative fees: for pass-through funds (held or open less than 6 months), 2% of the grants/distributions; for Tier II scholarship funds, 2.5% of the market value of the fund; for organizational endowment funds, donor-advised, designated, field of interest and Tier I scholarship funds, 1.5% of the market value of the fund.

The Foundation for Appalachian Ohio does not provide financial benefit of any sort to third-party participants in the gift planning process.
